Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect during class?
Get ready to experience a 50 minute, group reformer full-body #BoostBurn. Think “Contemporary Pilates” instead of “Classical Pilates.”
Our knowledgeable instructors offer challenges and modifications throughout class to ensure that any and everybody gets a great workout – whether it’s their 1st class or their 100th class.
Our instructors are also trained to assist you with any existing injuries.
How early should I arrive?
If it is your first time at ANY location, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your class, so you can meet your instructor & become acquainted with your Reformer.
If you are not checked in before the start of class, your Reformer may be given to someone on the waitlist.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be permitted into class for your own safety.
Do I need to sign up before class?
Yes! To make sure you have a Reformer reserved, please sign up online. Classes can be booked through MindBody or ClassPass.
What should I wear to class?
Wear your favorite workout gear (because look good = feel good & feel good = look good).
Most clients wear moisture-wicking athletic clothes. We can get into some funky moves, so mobility in your clothing is key. Tops are required to stay on throughout the entirety of class. Grip socks are optional.
Are grip socks required?
Nope! Grip socks are optional. Feel free to wear them or practice barefoot. We do not sell socks in studios.
What are Boost’s Best Practices?
Come to class ready to work, respect others, and celebrate what your body is capable of!
- Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking athletic wear (grip socks optional).
- Bring a water bottle to fill up at our water stations.
- Show up on time.
- Be courteous of others.
- We are a small, boutique studio, so it is extremely important to respect all participants in class.
- Please try to avoid distracting others during class with loud talking/singing or constant texting. It is important for your safety and the safety of others to be able to listen to the instructor and focus on their workout.
What type of machines do you have?
We have Allegro 1 Reformers at our studio in The Heights and Allegro 2 Reformers at our studios in West U & River Oaks.
Do you have locker rooms?
All studios have changing rooms and bathrooms (no showers). Cubbies for clients’ personal belongings are also available.
Each studio has AC & fans. You don’t have to get super sweaty to get a solid #BoostBurn.
Do you have water, or should I bring my own?
Save the environment, & bring your own water bottle! If you forget yours, we have recyclable water cups & water stations at each studio.
How many times can I use the Intro Offer?
The Introductory offer of 4 Sessions for $44 to use within 2 weeks is only available to new clients. The pack is activated from the date of your first booking. The Introductory Offer can only be used once per person and this cannot be used in conjunction with any other opening offer. Any unused classes will expire after 14 days.

If you are in your third trimester, please attend Pre & Post Natal classes.
Do you offer Pre & Post Natal Classes?
Due to COVID-19, we have limited our schedule. We hope to add Pre & Post Natal Classes in the near future.
While all of our instructors are extremely knowledgeable for Pre & Post Natal modifications and adjustments, please email houston@boostpilates.com if you would be more comfortable with a Private Session.
What is your late cancel policy?
Cancellations and changes made with less than 4 hour notice will result in loss of class.
What is your no show policy?
Please do not No Show! Absence from class without cancellation will result in a $10 Now Show fee for all members.
What is your mask policy?
VAX OR MASK!
In compliance with the Denver Mask Mandate, masks are required for all non-vaccinated clients.
Dates effective: 11/24 – 1/3
Please continue to be considerate, courteous and kind when in common areas within the studio by maintaining a safe social distance, and stay at home if feeling under the weather. We support clients’ decision to continue to practice in a mask if they wish.
What is your dress code policy?
Boost is a safe space that welcomes clients of all ages, genders and backgrounds. Please be respectful and mindful of this while in the studio.
We can get into some funky moves during class, so we require clients to wear shorts or leggings (or something with built-in shorts) that allow for mobility throughout class.
We have a No Nipple Policy – so please keep your top on throughout the entirety of class.
Grip socks are not required.
What is your gift policy?
Boost Pilates does not allow employees to solicit or accept gifts of any value from any potential or actual customers, suppliers, competitors, or other business-related source. Any receipt of gifts must have General Managers approval.
What is your harassment policy?
Boost Pilates will not tolerate, condone or allow any type of discrimination or harassment by or of any employee. Nor will we tolerate harassment by outside clients, vendors, subcontractors, or other non-employees who conduct business with Boost Pilates to the extent that we can influence or control such behavior.
We encourage anyone to report all incidents of any type of harassment or discrimination immediately – regardless of who the other offender may be.
What extra precautions are being taken due to COVID-19?
To ensure safe social distancing, class capacity is limited. This allows for over 6ft between clients.
Extra cleaning of the entire studio and common areas has been implemented. Our regular disinfecting Zogic Wipes are used by clients after each class. Additionally, instructors will use Stinger disinfectant to spray Reformers and all props used during class.
In order to complete this extra cleaning and reduce contact, please stay in your vehicle until 5 minutes before class starts. Please continue to self-monitor your health and temperature. If you are feeling less than 100%, please stay home, let us know, and we will return your class.
What if I am feeling sick before class?
We kindly ask that you stay home if you are feeling less than 100% (even if it just a cold or allergies). All temperatures higher than 99.4°F will not be permitted into the studio. Let us know, and we will be more than happy to return the class to you even if it is in the “Late Cancel” time frame.
I’m still not ready to come back to the studio. Is there a way I can get my #BoostBurn from home?
Yes! We understand the timing for everyone will be different. We have several at-home Pilates inspired classes saved on our IGTV.
